This class with Jenna follows a rhythm of fluid, steady movement. While on your mat, you’ll explore various asana that will generate heat, strength, inner-refinement from your core, outwards and alignment with the great Universal Elements as they show up in who you are. Classes include asana, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and more. Room is kept comfortably warm.
Level 1 Yoga:
This class is a great place to begin your practice or return to after some time away. Therapeutic work done in this hour is wonderful if you are working with a past or current health condition or injury. This class is structured so that the practice of yoga can bring strength and refinement into your body from the ground up. Arrive at least 10 minutes early before your first visit.
