Yoga Classes: Jenna follows a rhythm of fluid, steady movement. While on your
mat, you’ll explore various asana that will generate heat, strength, inner-
refinement from your core, outwards and alignment with the great Universal
Elements as they show up in who you are. Classes include asana, pranayama (breathing
exercises), meditation and more. Room is kept comfortably warm.
