Sophie Fahnenstich

Hi! My name is Sophie and I’m an Ayurvedic postpartum doula in Los Angeles. My postpartum doula journey began after I had my own child at 22 and struggled to heal, take care of myself without guilt and find myself again. I did a deep dive into self discovery and healing, especially with food, and then wanted to move on to helping other women. I believe that every woman deserves to be supported in whatever way they need. I also believe that every woman has a unique instinct for their baby and what’s best for them. I feel it is my job to simply facilitate space for them to experience both.
